A private, invitation-only club on the north slope of Pinnacle Peak in North Scottsdale.
Estancia wraps around the north side of Pinnacle Peak, and the peak is in view from almost everywhere in the community. It is a small, quiet place with very few homes for sale at any one time, which is part of why buyers who want it tend to wait for it.
