Brokerage fees
Compensation for the brokerages involved is negotiable and set out in your listing agreement. We talk through the options before you sign.
Closing costs
Title and escrow fees, your share of property taxes to the closing date, and any HOA transfer or disclosure fees.
Preparation and concessions
Repairs and staging before listing, and sometimes repairs or credits agreed during the buyer’s inspection period.
